Hi Mr Azar,

I am the lady from New York who called on Friday evening and you and your
wife were nice enough to speak with me from your car.  I was concerned
because the Styrofoam box was broken.  Well not only was the sausage
fine ( just as you said) but it was the best we have ever had.


I have told a number of people about how I called the number on the shipping
carton and you answered the phone well after business hours! I tell them
you said if there was any problem, you would send me a replacement order, no
questions asked...most of all I tell them how wonderful the sausage was.

We will be ordering more from you to be sure.  More people should know how
to run a business like you do...we are so impressed with the product, but
also with the personal touch you have.  You and your lovely wife were so
kind, you made me feel like a friend on the phone.
